Investment Treaty Arbitration
Core course in the Uppsala University Master's Programme in Investment Treaty Arbitration (directed by Steffen Hindelang). Covers the substantive and procedural law of investor-State dispute settlement, arbitral proceedings under ICSID, UNCITRAL, and SCC rules, and the interaction between investment law and EU law.

International Economic Law and Economic Security
Course covering the law regulating international economic relations, in particular trade and investment, and its interface with economic security and geoeconomics. Commercial Arbitration
Advanced course covering the fundamentals of international commercial arbitration, including the arbitration agreement, constitution of the tribunal, arbitral proceedings, awards, and enforcement. Emphasis on Swedish arbitration practice under the new Swedish Arbitration Act, UNCITRAL rules, and the New York Convention.

Energy Trade & Investment Law
Advanced course covering the international and EU legal frameworks governing energy trade and investment, including WTO disciplines, the Energy Charter Treaty, and EU energy market regulation. Addresses both trade and investment protection dimensions, dispute settlement, and the post-Achmea relationship between the ECT and EU law.
