Professor Steffen Hindelang was invited as the Speaker at the Panel Discussion on “The Implications of the Court of Justice of the European Union’s (CJEU’s) ruling in Komstroy (formerly Energoalians) v. Republic of Moldova- regarding the intra-EU non-application of the Energy Charter Treaty.”
The panel discussion took place in Stockholm on 17 June 2022.
