Expert-level Roundtable with the Indian Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) on New Generation IIAs: Triangulating Regulatory Freedom, Investor Protection, and Investor Accountability

In the month of April 2023, Professor Steffen Hindelang led an Expert-level Roundtable in association with the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) of the Government of India on “New Generation IIAs: Triangulating Regulatory Freedom, Investor Protection, and Investor Accountability”.
In doing so, he addressed the heads and experts of the Ministry of External Affairs, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Law and Justice, Ministry of Commerce and Industry (including Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade), Ministry of Mines, Department of Space, and other ministries and agencies of the Government of India.
The close-door interaction facilitated spirited discussions and debates.
