Two Expert Declarations in Enforcement Proceedings before US Federal Court

In the enforcement proceedings before the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, Professor Steffen Hindelang had submitted two expert declarations in support of the motion(s) of Spain on 6 May 2022 and on 1 July 2022.
In his first Expert Declaration, Professor Steffen Hindelang addressed questions on EU Law and international investment law.
In his second Expert Declaration, Professor Steffen Hindelang dealt with questions on the ECT and the EU treaties.
