Two Expert Opinions in Enforcement Proceedings before US Federal Court
In the enforcement proceedings before the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, Professor Steffen Hindelang submitted two expert opinions. In his first Expert Opinion, Professor Steffen Hindelang addressed questions investment arbitration and EU law. The second Expert Opinion, was on issues of public international law and the ECT.
